 “RED FLAG” Leads To Massive Growth In Just 90 Days

I have a newer client named Maria Vasquez from Los Angeles, CA.

First, we get on the phone one on one and went over her practice. I took a look at what she got, what worked in the past, and what she wanted to achieve going forward.

Once I got her “raw materials”, I realized nearly 70% of the patients were Medicaid, with very few high-end or implant patients.

 “I know in order to survive, I need to be able to attract more high-end dental cases. I want to become the premier dental practice in LA”, she said

Prior to staff training, the practice was converting 46% of phone calls to new patient appointments. After listening, auditing, and training the practice was able to increase that percentage to 75%.

What does an increase from 46% booking to 75% booking mean?

Let’s say you’re bringing in 50 new patient calls per month right now. If you’re converting at 46%, you’re bringing in 23 new patients per month. By increasing that conversion rate to 75%, you’re effectively increasing new patients by 14 every month with absolutely zero increase in ad spend.

In addition to training the staff on effective phone techniques, I was able to work with them on getting their best patients to leave online reviews.
